Surfrider Signs Offer Way for Beachgoers To Keep Tabs on Water Quality at Swimming Holes

The Surfrider Foundation, partnering with the Peconci Baykeeper and the Concerned Citizens of Montauk, has put up signs at some local beaches warning of the potential for high levels of bacteria. SAG HARBOR VILLAGE — At some point between 1:00 and 2:30 in the morning on July 23, an E-bike was stolen from where it had been left leaning against a fence by a residence on Madison Street.
