The Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center is hosting the fourth annual Holiday Stroll on Friday, December 6, from 6 to 9 p.m. along Main Street and Sunset Avenue in Westhampton Beach.
Designed to support local businesses and spread holiday cheer, the year’s Holiday Stroll will have carolers from the WHBPAC Arts Academy serenading shoppers with beloved holiday classics as they stroll Main Street shops. Festive music from East End Entertainment will provide a lively soundtrack for the evening, and seasonal treats and beverages from Justin’s Chop Shop, Sydney’s Taylor Made Gourmet and Six Corner Wine and Liquor, among others, will be paired with retailers as shoppers explore Main Street. Additionally, 10 percent of the evening’s sales will benefit the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center.
“Part of the WHBPAC mission is to stimulate the downtown economy,” said Heather Draskin, WHBPAC marketing director. “This event not only jump starts holiday shopping but also creates a sense of togetherness, benefiting the entire community.”
The adults-only event invites attendees to embrace the holiday spirit while discovering unique gifts from local merchants. For businesses without a brick-and-mortar presence on Main Street, the WHBPAC lounge will give shoppers an opportunity to peruse their offerings. Strollers can also return their completed punch cards by visiting each store to be entered into a grand prize giveaway featuring items from each participating retailer.
