A summer writing workshop for teens is being offered by Stony Brook Southampton the week of July 22. The YAWP Summer Writing Workshops mentor teens in the development of creative expression and critical thinking through writing. The Sag Harbor Cinema Arts Center is offering a SHC EDU Summer Film Workshop for high school students starting July 22. The immersive cinematic experience is for students in grades nine through 12. Continuing through August 2 (excluding the weekends), from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., students will develop their knowledge of cinema through an exploration of film language and hands-on filmmaking.
