The Town Board and a committee formed to look at the conditions at Springs Park had looked at clearing and the creation of a dedicated small dog area in 2021 but were met with fierce criticism. The latest recommendations are much the same and have been met with what some said was unfair misrepresentations of the plans to park users. MICHAEL WRIGHT
