Resume Questions

When one fills out a resume for superintendent of schools, you would think this would be the most accurate information. In Amagansett, we have Michael Rodgers, who has questionable proclaimed positions; one seems to be self-proclaimed. The years don’t add up on any position on file. How about being one of three individuals promoted to principal last year? He didn’t have a certificate to be a school building leader and certainly made sure not to promote and to omit that on his resume for superintendent. His SBL extension expired on January 31, 2022. He did gladly take the $2,000 stipend handed to him at the end of the year, though.

I am thankful this year for Freedom of Information Law requests from BOCES and New York State. I have now seen the almost 300 pages of resumes. Amagansett School Board, you have a lot of red envelope explaining to do.

Tim Taylor, the hearing officer for the Maria Dorr hearing, won’t make any decisions from his alleged mountain upon high in Massachusetts during the holidays.

Odds Maria Dorr returns by Valentine’s Day? Seems to be even money, with odds trending in her favor.

Happy Thanksgiving. Still here.
