EAST HAMPTON VILLAGE — East Hampton Village Police arrested a Shirley man, Antonio Alejandro Cabrera, 38, on a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest, as well as a violation charge of disorderly conduct, around noon on November 25. Cabrera, police reported, first interacted with them a little after 9 that morning when he was asked to leave the construction supply store on Railroad Avenue because he was being unruly. EAST HAMPTON VILLAGE — According to police, a second East Hampton 18-year-old who was involved with the Halloween night mob of teens hurling eggs and spraying shaving cream at passersby in the area of Herrick Park turned himself in and was arrested by Village Police last Thursday afternoon. Police are not releasing the name of the defendant, because, unlike his co-defendant, he is charged with a misdemeanor, not a felony. MONTAUK — Wilmer F. Guachamin Aguirre, 35, was arrested on a felony charge of criminal contempt in the first degree at a residence the morning of October 28. Police said that Guachamin Aguirre violated a court order of protection that had been issued by East Hampton Town Justice David Filer after an arrest in September.
